Yellow Squash and Pork Chops
2 lbs. center cut pork chops, boned & trimmed
3-4 yellow squash, washed & sliced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper
Cut pork chops into bite size pieces. Cook
thoroughly in small amount of oil. Add onion;
cook until onion is tender. Now add tomato
sauce which has been mixed with 8 ounces
water. Liquid should cover ingredients, add
water if necessary. Season with garlic salt
and black pepper. Add squash and cover;
simmer 30 minutes. (Serve with mashed
potatoes, no gravy is needed.)
