White Sauce
1 stick butter
2 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Melt butter in skillet; add flour, stirring with a wooden spoon; continue
stirring until smooth over low heat. Add milk. Continue stirring and cooking
until thickened.
