Peppercorn Dressing
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. kosher salt
1-1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1-1/2 tsp. minced parsley
1/4 c. onion, minced
1-1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 c. buttermilk
Combine sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce, red wine, vinegar and
lemon juice. In a mixer bowl whip salad dressing and mayonnaise until
smooth. Add soy sauce mixture to salad dressing mixture and mix until well
blended. Add parsley, onion, Parmesan cheese and buttermilk; mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate.
