Macaroni Salad Sauce
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized saucepan. Cook over medium
heat until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and
cool completely. Prepare your favorite macaroni salad recipe and pour the
sauce over the macaroni. Toss to mix and
refrigerate until serving time. Yield: Sauce for a 1/2 pound box of
macaroni.
