Lemon Salad Dressing

2-3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1 c. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. sugar

Finely chop garlic in a blender or food processor, using steel blade. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Season with salt if desired. Keeps for months in the refrigerator. Especially good served over romaine and Boston lettuce with cherry tomatoes, sliced fresh mushrooms and crumbled bleu cheese on top. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
