Hot Dog Sauce
1 Pound Lean hamburger
2 Tablespoon Paprika
2 Tablespoon Onion, finely chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Mustard powder
1/4 Teaspoon Oregano
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic powder
Salt to taste
Brown meat and onions. Mash meat into small bits. Add other ingredients and
simmer for 1 hour, adding water as needed to make a loose sauce. Use as a
topping on hot dogs with mustard and chopped onions.
