Sun Dried Tomato Rosemary Bread
1 cup water plus 2 tablespoons
1½ tablespoons olive oil
2¼ cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1½ teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes,*Note
1 teaspoons fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons yeast
Place all ingredients in your machine fully assembled pan,
in the order specified by your machine manufacturer. Select
the basic or white cycle and press start.
*NOTE: The sun-dried tomatoes used in this recipe are the
dry packaged ones, not the ones preserved in oil. Sun-dried
tomatoes can be difficult to chop with a knife. Just snip
them into strips with a scissors. You must use garlic
powder, garlic salt will not work in this recipe.
