Impossible Bacon Pie
12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onions
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Grease 10 inch quiche dish, sprinkle bacon, cheese and onions in dish. Beat
remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over bacon. Bake at 400 degrees for 35
to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with fruit.
