Impossible Banana Cream Pie
1 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 med. bananas, sliced
Cool Whip
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9" x 1 1/4" pie plate. In blender beat milk,
butter, vanilla, eggs, sugar and Bisquick until smooth, 30 seconds on high. Pour
into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30
minutes. Cool completely. Arrange banana slices on top, add Cool Whip.
