Club Soda Belgian Waffles
2 cups Biscuit mix
1 egg
3 tablespoons oil
1 1/3 cups club soda
Mix well, make sure batter is thick; add additional mix if necessary. Pour into
Belgian waffle iron. This batter can't be stored so use all of it at the time
it's mixed and freeze left over waffles.
