Gingerbread
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup molasses
1 cup sour milk
4 tablespoons melted shortening
Mix all ingredients well. Place in gingerbread pan and bake for 30 minutes at
350 degrees. Serve hot with whipped cream.
