Marinade for Deer
1 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoons parsley flakes
4 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Pour over deer steaks; soak for 6 to 8 hours, turning steaks at least
once. Grill steaks 10 minutes on each side.
