Ice Cream Jello Mold
2 sm. (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
2 c. hot water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 can mandarin oranges
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add 1 pint of vanilla ice cream and
mix until ice cream is dissolved. Add 1 can of mandarin oranges,
drained. Pour into mold or Pyrex dish and refrigerate until set. Can
use strawberry Jell-O and fresh strawberries instead of orange
