Ice Cream Bundt Cake
1 (18 oz.) pkg. white cake mix
1 pt. vanilla ice cream (softened)
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend on low until mix
is moistened. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes. Pour in greased and
floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Cool 15
minutes, invert on wire rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
VANILLA SAUCE:
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine in saucepan. Heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1
minute. Serve warm.
Variations: Choose other flavors of cake and ice cream; serve with
ice cream toppings.
