Chocolate Ice Cream
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
Beat eggs until white. Add sugar, little at a time. Beat well each time.
1 c. sifted cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 pt. half & half
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 can evaporated milk
Fill freezer up with milk to about 2 inches from top. 1 gallon freezer.
