Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
egg substitute to equal 4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 cans Eagle brand milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1-2/3 c. grated semi sweet chocolate
Combine eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla in bowl and mix. Pour into can
and add Eagle brand milk and stir well. Add milk to fill line. Begin
freezing. After 15 minutes, add chocolate. Finish freezing.
