1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1-1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1-1/2 cups. flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup cranberries
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in milk, vanilla, egg
and orange peel. Combine dry ingredients. Gradually mix into creamed mixture
just until combined. Carefully fold in nuts and cranberries. Drop by rounded
teaspoons about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Print this Recipe
Cranberry Sauce
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 red Jello (3 oz.)
1 cup boiling water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 apple, diced
1/4 cup walnuts
Heat cranberry sauce and
strain. Dissolve Jello in juice and water. Add salt and lemon juice; chill. Fold
in cranberries, apple and nuts. edges are lightly browned. Remove and cool on a
