Coke Baked Pork Chops

1 or 2 pkg. pork chops
1 onion
salt and pepper
1 green pepper, sliced
1 (12 ounce) can Coke
catsup (same amount as Coke)

Cook in skillet the chops with some onions (half cook). When all chops are half cooked, put them in large pan. Pour over the mix of Coke and catsup. Add green pepper and the rest of onions (desired amount). Salt and pepper. Cook in the oven until the chops are tender. Keep them covered with aluminum foil paper when cooking
and after, so they don't dry.
