Cherry Pudding Cobbler
Mix:
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. milk
Place in bottom of greased and floured dish. Drain 2 cups cherries (canned,
fresh or frozen). Pour cherries over batter. Pour 1 cup water, from cherries,
over cherries. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over water. Bake 375 degree oven until
batter is baked through. Cherries will go to the bottom as cobbler bakes, 35-40
minutes..
