Wild Rice Casserole
Cook 2 boxes of Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice as directed.
Stir in 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup and 3/4 dry white wine or
water.
Heat through.
Fold in 2 (4 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms (drained) and 1 pound cooked shrimp,
chopped or whole.
Turn onto casserole and garnish with parsley.
