To Print
out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right
press on the highlighted recipe. Choose the option PRINT.
Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT
button on the screen.
Maple Pecan Pound Cake
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. soda
Dash of salt
6 egg yolks
3 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 tbsp. maple flavoring
1 c. chopped pecans
6 beaten egg whites
1 c. sour cream
Cream well butter and sugar; add egg yolks one at a time, beat well after each yolk.
Combine flour, soda and salt. Add flour alternately with sour cream. Add flavoring and
nuts. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into batter. Bake in greased and floured tube pan
for 1-1/2 hours at 300 degrees, cool well in pan.
