Buttermilk Bran Muffins
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups Raisin bran Flakes
Preheat oven to 400?. Mix all ingredients together and put into greased muffin
tins. Bake for 15 minutes.
NOTE: Batter will keep in refrigerator for several days.

Powdered buttermilk does not have to be mixed
separately. I just add the powder with my flour and the water with the my other
liquids and let it mix in the batter.
