Bacon and Macaroni
1/2 pound bacon, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup celery
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 teaspoons pimiento
Cut macaroni in water. Pan fry bacon. Add bacon and remaining ingredients to
drained macaroni. Mix lightly and chill ingredients and mix. Chill. Put parsley on top.
Serves 8.
