Bacon Corn Bread

Dry Ingredients
3 cup bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons nonfat powdered milk
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
3 tablespoons coarsely ground cornmeal
3 tablespoons crisp fried bacon, cut into 1/4" chunks

Liquid Ingredients
1 1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Yeast
2 1/4 teaspoon bread machine yeast
Other
1/4 cup frozen corn kernels
1 tablespoon bread flour

Add dry, liquid ingredients and yeast in the order specified for your bread machine.

Add the frozen corn kernels and 1 tbsp. bread flour at the appropriate moment for your bread machine.
