Apple Butter Cake
1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
1 cup peeled diced apples
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup apple butter
4 eggs
Filling
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
GlazE
1 cup powdered sugar
2/3 tablespoon apple butter

Blend all cake ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Pour half of batter in
prepared Bundt pan. Sprinkle with half the filling and repeat these 2 layers.
Cover with remaining batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool in pan
and invert on serving plate. Spoon glaze over cake
