Gingerbread Baked Oatmeal Bars
Mix and set aside:
3 cups oats
1/4 cup flax seeds (I have used sesame seeds)
1 Tbs baking powder
3/4 tsp each cinnamon and ginger
Mix:
3/4 cup milk
1 Tbs butter, melted
1/2 cup molasses (I used pancake syrup)
1/2 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
1 Tbs vanilla
Mix wet ingredients into dry. Pour into greased 9 x 13
baking dish. Bake 350 oven about 45 minutes.
