This is a bread recipe I've been using for awhile, it's a
lighter bread than other white breads I've tried.
Egg Bread
1 C. warm water
2 T. vegetable oil
2 eggs + water to make 1/2 cup
I mix the above wet ingredients together with a fork, then
if the warm water has cooled off because of adding the eggs,
I microwave for a few seconds to warm it up again. The hint
about rinsing the metal pan with warm water to take the
chill off the metal is a good one, too.
Next I add the dry ingredients:
3 1/2 C. flour (I use bread machine flour)
3 T. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast
I've also added 2 tsp. cinnamon & 1/2 cup raisins and nuts
to this recipe to make a great cinnamon-raisin bread.
