This is a TNT bread recipe for BG in Indy:

Easy Bread

3 c lukewarm water
6.5-7.5 cups all purpose flour
1 T salt
1.5 T yeast

Stir and place in a greased bowl to rise. Let rise until double
Shape into loaf and let rise a second time.
Makes 3 loaves. Bake 450 oven for 25-30minutes.

Hints:
If loaves are large, bake at 350. 450 gives a crispy crust but it is too hot of an oven for large loaves.

To rise dough: place 2 cups hot water in microwave for 2 minutes. Take out water and place dough in steamy micro to rise. DO NOT turn on microwave but you are using it for a sealed, warm, moist spot to let the bread rise.

When preheating the oven, place an empty pan with sides in bottom of oven and let heat. Then before adding bread pour water in the hot pan to create steam in which to bake the bread. You can mist the walls periodically if you want.
This recipe turns out fine without doing any of the above hints.
