Easy Beef Stroganoff
1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
1 tablespoon oil
1 (17 ounce) package cooked beef tips with gravy (I like
Tyson the best)
1 (8 ounce package fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup green onions that have been thinly sliced
1 (8 ounce carton sour cream)
Prepare noodles to package directions and drain. Use a large
skillet and place the one tablespoon oil. Add
mushrooms and sauté. Cook about three minutes. Stir
frequently. Add beef tips and gravy. Heat for 8-10 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add sliced green
onions and sour cream. Serve over hot noodles. Makes 4
servings.
