Crockpot Monterey Chicken Potatoes

1 1/2 lb potatoes, cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces
1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
4 boneless chicken breast halves, skinless
1 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
3 tablespoons salsa
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Toss potatoes with butter and place in bottom of slow cooker. Put chicken on top. Combine juice, cilantro and salsa and pour over chicken.

Cover and cook for 8 hours. Half an hour before serving add shredded cheese.
