Re:sauce for stir fry.
I use this sauce for about any stir fry I make and it's our
favorite. This is my Cashew Chicken stir fry, but you can
use it with about any meat.
Cashew Chicken
Sauce
3 Tbs. soy sauce
1/2 cup sliced green onions with tops
1 Tbs. corn starch
1/2 to 1 cup cashews - halved
1 Tab. water
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breast - cut into 1/2"
cubes
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. ginger
Blacken 1 tsp. crushed red pepper in 1/8 to 1/4 cup peanut
oil. Add chicken and stir-fry for about 3 minutes, add
onions and stir-fry for about 1 to 2 minutes. Add sauce that
the corn starch has been stirred into until smooth. Add
cashews and stir-fry about 1 minute. Serve on rice.
