Raisin Bread (great toasted)
Mix:
1 cup warm water
1 Tbs sugar
1 pkg yeast
Add:
1 Tbs oil
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups regular flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
Let rise 1/2 hour.
Roll out dough on lightly floured
surface and sprinkle w/1/2 cup raisins,
1 Tbs each cinnamon and sugar. (I like
to also add 1/2 cup chopped nuts).
Roll up and place in greased loaf pan(s)
and let rise another 1/2 hour. Bake 350
oven about 30 minutes.
