When making cupcakes this recipe is a
great addition. Kids and adults love the
surprise.
Macaroon Filling
1 8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
1/2 cup coconut
Pour 2 tbs cupcake batter in a cupcake
tin. Top with 2 tbs macaroon filling.
Top with another 2-3 tbs of batter to
fill 3/4 way up each well. Bake
according to cupcake recipe. Cool and
frost with Cool Whip.
