Baked Sweet Potatoes in the Crock Pot
5 medium sweet potatoes or yams
Wash potatoes.
Drain but do NOT dry.
*Place in the crock pot.( see note )
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours
(depending on size of potatoes).
*Note: you can also cook regular
potatoes this way. If you want, crumple
foil into balls and place in bottom of
crock pot for the potatoes to rest on
while they are cooking.
