Vanilla Or Chocolate Covered Popcorn
4 quarts popped corn
1/2 cup margarine
40 large marshmallows
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
Put popcorn in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Melt margarine and
marshmallows. Stir in vanilla and salt. Pour over the
popcorn and stir. Bake at 250°F for 30 minutes. Stir every
15 minutes. Cool on wax paper.
CHOCOLATE COVERED POPCORN: Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with
the margarine.
