For Carolyn in Loveland:

Shrimp And Pineapple

1 oz Grand Marnier
1 cup Thousand Island dressing
Half a fresh pineapple
1 lb cooked shrimp

Combine Grand Marnier and Thousand Island dressing. Cut a fresh pineapple in half and scoop out pineapple chunks with a grapefruit knife. Fill scooped out pineapple with pineapple chunks and shrimp. Pour sauce over the pineapple chunks and shrimp. Place pineapple on a platter and serve with toothpicks. Serves 4-6 guests.
