This is for Cheryl who wanted recipes for Mexican Cole Slaw
and Chocolate Covered Popcorn from the 1-11-10 newsletter.
Here is what I have in my recipe file.
Pat So Cal
Mexican Cole Slaw
4 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 cup diced celery
1 large green pepper, cut in thin strips
2 pimentos (canned) cut in thin strips
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
Mayonnaise to moisten
Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
