Artichoke Pizza
1 (10 oz.) pizza dough (I use Pillsbury
pizza dough)
1 tbs. olive oil
1 cup sliced green pepper
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
5 cloves minced garlic
14 oz. drained and quartered artichoke
hearts
2½ oz. mushrooms
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat oil. Sauté peppers, basil, oregano
and garlic for 5 minutes. Add artichokes
and mushrooms. Spray pan and roll out
the dough (I sprinkle a little corn
starch on pan). Layer dough with
artichoke mixture and cheese. Bake 425°
for 10 minutes.
