Winter Games' Winner

8 oz. elbow macaroni
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 soup can of milk
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen Brussel Sprouts, defrosted
1/4 c. minced onion
2 t. prepared mustard
Salt & pepper
4 slices bacon, cut in quarters

Cook macaroni. Drain. In 13 x9 x 2 baking pan combine macaroni w/ next 6 ingredients; sprinkle w/ salt & pepper. Arrange bacon pieces on top of sprouts. Bake 350 for 40 min. or until bacon is crisp & casserole bubbles.
6 servings.
