Poppyseed Coffee Cake
Mix: 1 tablespoon sugar and 1
tablespoon cocoa plus 1 teaspoon
cinnamon and set aside.
1 package of white cake mix
2 packages instant vanilla pudding
mix
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
1 2 ounce box (or can) of poppyseed
Mix all these ingredients well, in a
large bowl. Pour half of this
mixture into a greased and floured
bundt pan. Sprinkle half of the dry
mixture over the batter and swirl
with a knife. Pour the rest of the
batter over this. Top with the
remaining dry mixture and swirl
through again. Bake at 350° for 1
hour. Let it cool 15 to 20 minutes
before turning out on a plate. While
still warm, sprinkle with powdered
sugar. Serve.
