Would also like to share this recipe. in time for Easter. It came from my cousin's wife

Virginia Thomas’s Easter Eggs

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened
1 stick of butter softened
2 lbs 10x sugar

1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
1/4 to 1/2 square parafin wax

Cream together cream cheese and butter. Work in 2 lbs powdered sugar. Then shape into Easter eggs and refrigerate overnight.

Melt in double boiler chocolate chips and wax. With toothpick stuck in egg dip into chocolate and let harden in refrigerator.

May add peanut butter, nuts, candied fruit or coconut.
