This is a super recipe and was given to
me by an older family member some time
ago.
Charlie Bread
1 C Self-rising corn meal
2 eggs
1 small can of cream style corn
8 oz. Sour cream
½ C oil
Mix together and bake in a sprayed 8X8
or 9X9 pan at 450 for 18-20 min (approx)
***If you double this recipe do not cook
in a 9X13 pan because it doesn’t get
done in the middle. Better to cook two
pans.
***Be sure to refrigerate any leftovers
should you have any, but I don't think
you will.
