Blue Cheese Tart
Mix and pour into an unbaked pastry
shell: (I use a fluted tart pan)
8 ounces soft cream cheese
1/2 cup blue cheese or gorgonzola
1/4 cup whipping cream or half/half
1 egg
1/3 cup roasted red peppers (chopped)
3 T chopped walnuts
2 T parsley
S/P to taste
Bake 350 for 20-30 minutes. Let stand
before cutting and serving.
