Angel Food Jell-O
Dissolve two 3 ounce packages of wild
strawberry (or plain Strawberry) Jell-O
in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 pints of
vanilla ice cream and stir until melted.
NOTE: You may also use strawberry ice
cream. Next, break up a large angel food
cake in a 9x13 inch dish (glass). Pour
the ice cream, Jell-O mixture over the
top. Top with a layer of Cool Whip.
Refrigerate. Serve cold.
