Wanted to share this recipe with everyone. A lady brought it
to our golf outing and it was a hit. Hope you try it and
enjoy it. It is a light dessert.
Tapioca Jell-O
2 boxes of tapioca pudding- the kind you cook
1 box any flavor jell-o
3 cups water
Place all in medium size pan and bring to a boil.
Stir continually while it begins to thicken.
When thick, remove from heat and pour into a bowl and cool.
Set in refrigerator and let it get firm.
When firm, beat until light and fluffy and then fold in one
tub of cool whip. Must use regular cool
whip- not light, as it won't set up.
Refrigerate. Enjoy.
