Seafarer Dip
U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
1 (7 oz) can minced clams
2 (3 oz) pkgs cream cheese
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chopped parsley
Potato Chips, or chips of your choice
Drain clams. Save liquor. Soften cheese at room temperature.
Combine all ingredients except potato
chips and liquor; blend into a paste. Gradually add about
1/4 cup clam liquor and beat until consistency of whipped
cream. Chill. Serve in a bowl surrounded by potato chips.
Makes about 1 pint dip.
