Healthy Pumpkin Smoothie

Blend 1/2 c. canned pumpkin, 1/2 c. vanilla soy milk, 1/2 c. crushed ice, 1 T honey and 1 t. pumpkin
pie spice. Pour and drink! 162 cal.
