Pepsi Pork Roast

1 12 oz. can of Pepsi
1 10 3/4 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 of a 1 1/4 oz. package onion soup mix

Place roast in crock-pot. Mix dry soup mix with can of soup in bowl. Stir in Pepsi. Pour on top of roast.
Cook on high for 4-5 hrs or low for 8 hrs.
Remove roast, add cornstarch or flour to juices to create gravy. This can be made in 325 degree oven ?.. bake covered 4 hrs. I double the Pepsi and soup ingredients because we love the gravy.
