Newman's Creamy Caesar Dressing (Copycat)

1 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp distilled vinegar, white
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, Kraft brand
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 pinch dried basil
1 pinch dried oregano

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix with an electric mixer for about 30 seconds. Chill the dressing for a couple hours before serving.
