Lime Chicken
8 large chicken thighs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
1 large clove garlic crushed
Mix all ingredients but chicken in large plastic bag or
marinade dish. Add chicken and marinate 8 hours or
overnight. Grill over medium coals. Boil left over marinade
and use to baste thighs.
